Navy Pier Hotel and Rooftop Bar

As part of Navy Pier’s Centennial Vision to reinvent the pier, a hotel design competition was held and Koo Architecture’s proposal won. Subsequently, the firm was awarded the task of designing a Rooftop Bar to complement the 240-room hotel. Located east at the Festival Hall, the design repurposes the three existing lobbies by adding 5 stories of hotel rooms above them.
