This competition called for the rejuvenation of the existing water transportation infrastructure and to prepare
New York city for the 2014 clean tech expo. We proposed adding a park along Brooklyn’s waterfront that would support pavilions for the expo, provide water transportation and act as a barrier to the rising sea levels and surges that the city faced.
